This two-year program will give you the opportunity to complete college-level coursework and on-the-job training at Merrimack Manufacturing that will prepare you for family-sustaining careers in advanced manufacturing. Merrimack Manufacturing, located in Manchester, is a world leader in the fabrication of medical devices. Begin contributing to the Merrimack Manufacturing team immediately upon hire, while earning pay and receiving benefits.
The program start date is January 13th, 2025. Opportunities for a 9/80 workweek and overtime may also be available.
Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Work Authorization
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is a must.
Program Highlights:
Practical Skills: Attend classes at Manchester Community College where you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Following completion of the Apprenticeship Program, you can apply your earned college credits towards a Certificate, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
On-the-Job Training: Immediately begin two years of paid on-the-job training at Merrimack Manufacturing in industry-leading clean rooms and workspaces, boosting your professional growth and solidifying your expertise. Demonstration of skills and competencies on-the-job may result in wage increases throughout the Apprenticeship Program.

Selection Process
- Interested candidates have the option to attend an information session.
- All applicants will complete a standard ARMI | BioFabUSA Application for Employment, which will include a brief description explaining why the applicant would like to participate in the program.
- Applicants meeting the minimum qualifications and submitting the required documents will be notified where and when to appear for an interview.
- Candidates will complete a basic assessment and participate in a round of interviews. After completing the interview and evaluation of the applicants, hiring managers will select based on a best-fit assessment for the job opening.
- Selected applicants must respond to the notice of selection within 72 hours of notice.
